The following instructions will show you how to book a Global Entry interview appointment at Tri-cities Enrollment Center, even when there are no appointments are currently available.

1. Create a Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) Account: Begin by creating an account on the Trusted Traveler Programs website. This is the platform where you will manage your application.
2. Complete the Application Form: Once your account is set up, you can fill out the Global Entry application form. This will require detailed personal information, travel history, and possibly information about your employment.
3. Pay the Application Fee: There is a non-refundable fee for Global Entry application. Payment is usually done online through the TTP system at the time of application submission.
After submitting your application and fee, it will be reviewed. If you are conditionally approved, you will receive a notification with instructions on how to schedule an interview at a Global Entry Enrollment Center.
Due to the overwhelming number of applications, getting conditionally approved can take several months. In some cases, it can take up to 12 months to get conditionally approved, so be patient!
Once you are conditionally approved, move on the Step 3, scheduling your interview.
After being conditionally approved, it's on to the final step: scheduling an in-person interview at your nearest enrollment center. If you've been waiting months to get conditionally approved for Global Entry, the last thing you want to do is wait to complete your in-person interview, which is what most travelers do.
